It is the responsibility of the Hirers of Atherington Pavilion who use their own electrical equipment to ensure compliance as to testing and maintenance of equipment. Please respect Atherington Pavilion Loud music / entertainment curfew - 11pm deadline.
Use of Kitchen facilities is included in the hire charge of Atherington Pavilion. However if you or your caterer require any of the following you may need to pay the additional Catering Premium of £ per event. Catering Premium includes use of – Gas Cookers and Hob, Dishwasher and additional China and Cutlery.
Hirers are responsible for the Kitchen facilities and Atherington Children’s Playing Field Committee ask that Hirers work with the Caterers to ensure the Kitchen is left clean and ready for the user. Hirers should consider whether the caterers will need additional time in Atherington Pavilion to prepare for the event. Manufacturer’s instructions on how to use kitchen appliances/ equipment is kept in file in kitchen for Hirers/ users to refer to. Please remember that waste and recycling is the responsibility of the hirer. The responsible person should make arrangement to remove waste from premises. See Terms and Conditions of hire for further info. BBQ’s and Hog Roast – If you wish to have a BBQ etc at your event please consult with the Booking Secretary. The source of heat should not be placed on the Football field, tarmac area or too close to Atherington Pavilion.
